Refund and Returns Policy

AgritechKart – Return & Refund Policy

At AgritechKart, we care about our customers and want to ensure that every farmer gets the right products, tools, and services.
If something is not right, we are here to help.


1. Products Eligible for Return

You can request a return if:

  • The product you received is damaged, broken, or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is missing parts or not working as described
  • The product has manufacturing issues

Return Period:
⏳ Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.


2. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling
  • Items without original packaging
  • Used products
  • Digital products, software, e-books, subscriptions
  • Seeds, fertilizers, pesticides that have been opened (for safety reasons)

🔁 3. Replacement Policy

If the product is defective or damaged, we will:

  • Send you a free replacement, OR
  • Give you store credit, OR
  • Issue a full refund

We will decide what is best based on stock availability and your request.


💰 4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days
  • You will be notified through SMS/email/app notification once your refund is processed

🚚 5. How to Request a Return

You can request a return in any of these ways:

Method 1 — From the Website

  1. Go to My Orders
  2. Select the product
  3. Click Request Return
  4. Upload a photo/video (if needed)
  5. Submit

📦 6. Pickup & Return Process

  • The product will be picked up from your address
  • Pack the item safely in its original packaging
  • Keep the bill/invoice ready if required
  • After pickup, your refund/replacement will be processed automatically

⚠️ 7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order:

  • Before it is shipped → full refund
  • After shipment → cancellation may not be possible (you must request a return instead)

🛡️ 8. Fraud or Misuse

AgritechKart may refuse returns if:

  • Product returned is different from what was delivered
  • Product is intentionally damaged
  • Return request is abusive or fraudulent

We do this to protect genuine customers.
